World Physiotherapy Day Celebration at Navodaya College of Physiotherapy, Raichur

Navodaya College of Physiotherapy, NET Raichur, proudly celebrated World Physiotherapy Day with great enthusiasm and participation.

The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Sri S. R. Reddy, Honorable Chairman, NET Raichur, who conveyed his best wishes for the occasion. Dr. T. Srinivas, Registrar, NET Raichur, joined as the Guest of Honour and shared his valuable thoughts.

The event was presided over by Dr. B. Kowshik, Principal, Navodaya College of Physiotherapy. Distinguished guests Dr. B. Vijay Kumar, Director, IP & SA, and Dr. Arun Kumar, Medical Superintendent, NMC & RC, also attended and highlighted the importance of comprehensive physiotherapy services offered at Navodaya Institutions. All institutional HODs and Principals also witnessed the program, adding significance to the celebration.

Ortho, Cardio & Neuro Professors presented multidisciplinary approaches on the WCPT theme ‘Healthy Ageing’, enriching the academic value of the program. Faculty members and students actively participated in the celebration, showcasing the relevance of physiotherapy in promoting health, preventing disabilities, and improving quality of life.

The celebration not only created awareness about physiotherapy but also inspired students to continue their commitment towards excellence in patient care and community service.
