Navodaya College of Physiotherapy has organized 2 days hands on workshop on 10th and 11th April 2025 on “Neuroped Assessment and Treatment” which was held in Gurumurthy hall in Navodaya Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Raichur. The event was inaugurated by Dr. B. Kowshik Reddy, Principal, Navodaya college of Physiotherapy, The speaker- Dr. Sanjay T. Parmar, Principal, SDM College of Physiotherapy, SDM University Dharwad and Dr. Hari Kishore Babu, HOD Orthopedic Physiotherapy. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Padmavati S. Patil, HOD of Paediatric Physiotherapy. Total 47 students from BPT, Internship and MPT batch and Faculties were participated. 2 days hands on workshop was very useful in terms of highlighting the NDT approach. The Speaker, Dr. Sanjay Parmar created thoughtful moments on importance of NDT assessment and it’s approach towards protocol setting. With his enormous knowledge, students were able to understand the importance of Physiotherapy in Paediatric population. Certificates were distributed to the participants and session was winded up by felicitating the Resource person.
