Workshop on The Roadmap to Successful Journal Publication at Navodaya College of Physiotherapy

A workshop was organized by the Department of Neuro-Physiotherapy, Navodaya College of Physiotherapy, Raichur, on the topic “The Roadmap to Successful Journal Publication” on 12th August 2026.

The resource person for the workshop was Dr. R. Vasanthan (PT), Ph.D., Ex-Principal & Professor, Oxford College of Physiotherapy, Bengaluru. The Mistress of the Ceremony for the program was Dr. Humera Ejaz (PT), Assistant Professor.

The dignitaries on the stage included Dr. R. Vasanthan (PT) and Dr. B. Kowshik Reddy, Principal, Navodaya College of Physiotherapy. The participants for the event included faculty members and postgraduate students of Navodaya College of Physiotherapy.

The participants were enlightened about the importance of ethics in publishing, academic writing and language, selecting an appropriate journal, the manuscript submission process, peer review, and effective publishing strategies for journals.

The workshop provided valuable insights into the various stages involved in successful journal publication and helped participants gain a better understanding of research publication practices.
